The Reserves play at Rossendale United at 2pm today where they face Rochdale
The Reserves are at home Monday evening 22nd December v Wigan Athletic in the LFA Senior Cup with a 700pm kick off

Just happened to be passing on my way back from a meeting.

With 30 minutes to go score was 2-1 to 'Dale.

A cracking goal from Michael Carr brought us back into the game having gone down to 2 goals in the first 16 minutes.

Amongst the 'Dale players was a certain Lee mcEvily and a recent loanee at Stanley Higginbotham.

Sammy and goalkeeper coach Lee Jones were there. Sammy had a quick word about how 'bloody cold it was'....

Evidently O'carroll scored a sensational 2nd for us following 'Dale going into a 3-1 lead.

Credit to Lawrence Bland who had caught numerous buses to be there. I think it involved 5 bus changes just to get near to Rossendale's Dark Lane ground and then a 15 minute uphill walk!
