O/T: Need a house/flat !!

Me and Mrs. Wild Bill are looking for some digs on the wrong side of the Lune! Anybody help? Ideally within walking distance of Lancaster city centre and no more than 450 quid(ish) per month. Bloody estate agents charge nearly 200 quid signing on fees and take 50 a month too for their troubles. Want to cut out the middle man!
