Well done the 5th official

Well done the 5th official

Postby Aal » Sat Dec 13, 2008 8:29 pm

Just wanted to say well done to young Alistair who stepped into the breach at half time to take over as 4th official. He'd just proved what a good ref he is at half time with the schoolgirl match and then kept the dugouts in check with only a minute's notice.

I'm sure the lad will go far, and we wish him well.

Not sure what happened to Mr.Singh from the first half. Thought he had a good game and the fella who took over stood no nonsense from Mr.White and co.

May one be told the surname of said Alistair?

Don't know but he's a pupil at Heysham High and refs to quite a high standard locally
