Burnley v Arsenal Tues 2 Dec

Postby Vinny » Sat Nov 29, 2008 7:13 pm

I know this is not the best place to announce  , but I and 3 other SHRIMPS fans have 4 tickets for the Burnley v Arsenal cup game on - yes - Tuesday night  ..... and guess which game we'd all rather be at now :!: ...... So if there is anyone out there, or anyone you know who might be interested in the tickets for Burnley, please p.m. me as soon as possible.

Add another 2 Morecambe fans to the list who are going. What stand are you in if you still go?

Vinny, were up there too mate. Got my friend who's a season ticket holder to get us the tickets the day they came out. They have all there seats, they got us 2 tickets near the centre more towards Arsenal fans right at the top. My dads going to sit with his family, as we met them on holiday and me and my friend are probably going to be sitting near the top.

Will be gutted if MFC get a top four team in the draw.

.... it'd soften the blow if we get drawn against and win through to get the Clarets though 8-)

My Dad said this though. Imagine this, we sell are tickets Burnley vs Arsenal to go to Morecambe. Morecambe gets called off again and Burnley beat Arsenal.

.... or conversely, you go t't Turf, that gets called off, and you miss Morecambe beating The Robins

.... or we stay at home and all get stuffed

Yeah, BUT

If you go to Burnley and it get's called off at like 6:30 you can still make the Morecambe game.

Exactly ;)

Its seems the song `we support our local team(and a few others besides)` should become a North stand favourite.

Vinny, what did you do in the end? I went to Burnley, and wow. Best atmosphere i've ever seen there, sell out crowd first for 15 years and they did the Arsenal 2-0 :D.

Still gutted I couldn't make Morecambe though :(
