Replayed it a couple of times to try to catch the sending off offence.

Looks like their lad did flail his arm about a bit.

Probably not deliberate - but reckless (and that's enough for a red card if the officials see it that way).

Liner was at least in a good position to give it and you can see him flagging as soon as contact was made.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

I know the guy who was sent off on Saturday didn't play against us at Wembley but maybe they were trying to get some revenge after the Gill/Stanners incident in the play-off final.

Stanners was the one headbutted at Wembley, so if anyone was out for revenge it should have been him.

Exeter players may be aggrieved as to the way in which Stanners went down. It was slightly Oscar winning at Wembers from old Plug. No doubt he was touched, but IMO he did go down to get Gill sent-off. Anyway, its in past.....
