Brilliant :!: Always liked the guy and wondered where he had disappeared too. Pushing it now with his age but if he can reach a good fitness + standard who knows what he can do. Maybe not Blackburn but if he can get a couple of years playing, he'll finish on a high after all that he has been through :!:

Perhaps he could still do a good job for a north west based second division club?

Wonder if he still rides a bike? I hadn't heard about him being in a bike accident, was he a proper biker?

By coincidence I was only talking about Jansen the other day when people were going on about Delap's throw-ins. They both played against us for Carlisle one pre-season.

Hope the lad can get a few years in before he has to pack it in altogether.

As Keith says, perhaps there's a suitable lower division club, you know, managed by someone who played for the same club as his own current manager and where, you know, his club sometimes visits.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!
