and with only 1300 home fans they could be struggling.

I assume a lot of Chester fans had stayed away yesterday in protest at Mark Wright.

What reaction did he get from the home crowd?

He got a decent reception from the fans that showed up. It seems Mark Wright divides them lot at the Deva Stadium. Boycotting games is a very negative response to a questionable management choice IMO. Before they know it they could be back in the conference - the place that Mark Wright brought them out of in the first place!

Don't forget that 1300 includes many of the seson ticket holders that, on devachat, have said they won't go while Wright is in charge.
