ffs let it go!
Perks moved on from a place he was no longer wanted and has bettered himself by doing so, why does money seem to come before anything else in this world?

Pretty sure we didn't.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

Planet cookoo, or should that be Cuckoo, calling. Oldhamade, do you mean by going about things the right way MFC should have sell on clauses, if so we will be having a small windfall, however, in Perkins case, i don't think we went about things the right way, therefore we will receive nothing. Lets put this one down to experience, but please MFC, have sell on clauses in all future dealings, after all 10% here and 15% there can soon add up to many thousands of pounds.

I'm certainly not an expert, but I suspect it's probably not as easy as that!

I suspect that a sell on clause would mean that we are given less transfer fee in the first place, so it's a bit of a gamble for relatively small club like us.

Atleast you got the main issue correct! 'in Perkins case, i don't think we went about things the right way, therefore we will receive nothing'.
