I'm echoing what i believe Sammy will be thinking. He would have preferred the approach to be at the end of a season rather than now when it will upset the training process. As he has said publicly he would'nt stand in anyones way to improve themselves - and I agree with that. I guess I thought Sammy & Mark would always be a Team! As to a replacement I think Alex Ferguson will be thinking the same thing

Very much doubt it. Hull got promoted, remember. Then they'll have been reviewing their coaching requirements for the Prem and come up with this new post.
