Eat a few more pies mate!

what i will say is - im struggling to get excited about the new season

If you cant get excited about this coming season then you should stay at home!

- and i am questioning sammy's ability

Sorry cant agree with that his management shouldnt be in question

lets just see how it goes this season - then we can all come on here next July and discuss the season

over and out

Exactly - let Sammy and the lads get on with their jobs and keep :D :D

Christies Child
When have we ever sold a player of late purely to survive?

No we havn't - so its either a] The money's just too good to turn down for the club & player himself OR b] The player wants to leave - move on to better things - a professional / financial decision.

I have complete confidence in Sammy and the team full stop; and whilst you've got somebody who knows which players to bring in and keep bringing them in on a regular basis , we'll be OK. But its a real juggling act and there will come a point in the not to distant future when hopefully we can keep our better players for longer periods. It's just the way of things now I suppose.

i'd easily take a repeat of last season to be honest (mid table, couple of good cup runs), and i think we've got the players and manager to do it.

off season has been too long, but its nearly over!

troe most of they would not have come to us as a conference team

Well it sounds that they are prepared to let him go if the price is right, just depends if we are prepared to meet their valuation.

Carr might turn out be the player we need in central midfield, but Craney is an attacking midfield player who can score goals and is already proven at this level.

Just hope we can come to some agreement with Accy, i just think he would be a great addition to what is shaping up to be a really decent squad.

I have seen craney on a few ocassions and i would have to say he could fit in well at morecambe he is an all over the pitch player who will also pop up and bang a few in i hope sammy can find a way to bring him to the club as i think he will be going nowere with accy who will be early contenders for relegation this season

Can't see us going anywhere near Accy's (Erics) valuation  maybe half at best

Time to move on methinks as this deal looks to be dead in the water

It looks like we will only get Craney if Carl goes to Stockport or a big club for a decent fee.

I would much rather have Carl than Craney
