Is it not Norris?

Gay Meadow was actually 114 miles using the A49. The Greenhaus Meadow is actually 116.7 using the same route, or 129 using the M6.

My mileage is based setting off from the "centre" of Morecambe (wherever that is) and not The Globe. Certainly most of us don't set off from our Stadium?

Now who's a pedant?

the information in this thread is useless without the cost of fuel for an average family car ( say 40mpg )to get to every game. ;)

8918 miles converted to Km = 14352.13

40 mpg = 7.1l per 100Km

14352.13/100 = 143.52

143.52 * 7.1l = 1018.99

1018.99 * £1.40 (average cost of lite) = £1426.59p by my reckoning

Any school kids want to correct me ?

Well I know my car costs me 17p per mile (use to be 15p!!), in petrol alone.

Therefore mine would be £1515.06 :geek:

Add to that the cost of tickets for games, food and drink and the odd overnight stay and the ££££ soon rack up.

That cost is just Travel the same as the car/petrol quotes only. So both would have additional costs, Using "The Hocking express" there are no overnight stay's.
