Hi all

Les, the kitman, has asked me to pass on his sincere thanks to everyone who bought a shirt or shorts. he still has a couple of shirts left and a handful of shorts, so do feel free to give him a call or text on 07989991067.

he was overwhelmed by the response, which just shows how passionate MFC fans are. One person in particular typified the mood ( you know who you are) a fan based in Blackburn bought a shirt, and instead of having Les pop it in the post drove up from east lancashire the next day, probably spending more on petrol than he had on the shirt. when Les told me this story he could only smile and shake his head, amazing.

thanks to you over £850 has been raised that will pay for equipment used next season.

And a BIG thanks to Les and a WELL DONE must surely be the order of the day for his efforts in orchestrating this task and raising such an amount.

A true CLUB man if ever there was one.

Nothing was too much trouble for Les in me obtaining my shirt, kindly inviting me into his house last Saturday afternoon whilst he sorted it out for me.
