Why didn't he do it for Sammy though?

@adamrundle7: Well day 1 of pure training begins today 7 weeks of graft I'm going to make sure i go back to pre season on fire and raring to go

That is exactly the response we require, if all the players we retain do that we WILL hit the ground running :D :D

He did it for Jimbo cos he's ten times more awesomer :D !

Well, obviously it's not a bad thing, just goes to prove Sammy DID lose the dressing room

If he sticks to his training regime, I can't wait to see a fully fit Adam Rundle doing his thing.

A legend on the local bar scene, maybe he can equate that status onto the pitch!

I think you're wrong. I don't think he lost the dressing room, I think their were certain players who wernt willing to put in a full shift. Why bring that up anyway? Pointless.

Probably because very few football players in the league would want Jimbo's wrath upon them!
Plus this is every players chance to nail down a first team place.

This is definately the most important season where we've needed a good start that I can remember!
