Spicy pickled onions and Philadelphia on cracked black pepper crackers with a fresh Mastro Lorenzo coffee.

Arson Fire is tasty but not as lethal as it sounds. Tonsil Blaster is far hotter but it's one of those relish that taste nice for the first 10 seconds, then it bites. I'll give the ark a try next time I need a clearout.

went to holker food festival before xmas and got
chilli chocolate
chilli jam
fellwalkers relish all lovely

My mum always has chilli jam in the fridge. Goes well with a beef sandwich and a packet of crisps.
