its been a great ride, wembley was a great day out (again as in 74), ive been twice with barnsley also but lost both times, when you lose its a horrible place,
plenty of brilliant memories, PNE away victory, they dont come much better than that,

Yes, echo all the comments about the fantastic memories you've given us, chaps. It's going some to have taken a club to the highest position in its history in each of your first four seasons in charge - probably a first in the game!

Glad, also that the fans will have the chance to give you the ovation you so richly deserve. I didn't like the treatment some people were giving you towards the end of the season which, IMO, was disrespectful.

Our expectations have now risen BECAUSE of what you've done for us and your achievements will go down as a landmark in the history of our great little club.

sammy and mark.....thanks for the major part u have played into turning little ole morecambe into a established football league club......i think if we all honest when mr mcguigan said it was his aim the majority thought great sentiment but not really realistic......you made it real,,,and the people who disrespec,t what u guys have done should remember that....
ask grimsby mansfield luton wrexham all established former league clubs.... what would thay take right now??????.....
so all the very best for what the future brings,,,,,,, but one more thing.......leave big baz alone he happy here,,,lol.....cheers fellas...

Amazing what Sammy and Mark have achieved since coming to us as caretakers and Sammy is always going to be remembered as a 'legend' for guiding us into the Football League.
