Jaffa Cakes are officially a cake as you don't pay VAT on them. Also biscuits go soft after a while whereas cakes go hard, Jaffa Cakes go hard.

Ginger Nuts are best for dunking anyway. :) otherwise you break your false teeth.(so ive been told ) ;)
