I entertained myself by popping in and out of the 'Royal Wedding' room with comments like 'has anyone scored yet?', 'who's winning?' and 'don't tell me the result, I want to watch the highlights later!'.

I've had a lovely day off where I've successfully avoided having the TV or radio on and apart from one slip, where I wanted to check if it would be BBQ weather on Sunday and therefore inadvertently saw BBC's home page for a couple of seconds, the whole wedding passed me by.

Incidentally, it is.
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?
