Someone we should definitely be retaining for next season. Without a doubt.

Without question he'd be on my team sheet every week.

Cream always rises to the top.

Unfortunately I suspect that our manager sees it differently and as a result Will will be a casualty along with a few others.

If he's committed to the club and wants to give it his all, he'd start every week for me.

He is such a quality defender and too be fair can do a job in that holding midfield role. We can't let this guy go and should be one of the first names on the teamsheet each week.

Baffles me why he went out on loan and I do fear that we won't retain him next year :?

Great idea loaning him out, the loan has obviously made him a better player and made him want to fight for his place!

I say we loan out Roche and Parrish at the start of next year, they might come back actually wanting to play for the club.

Apparently Will wasn't happy about not starting at the start of the season, and ended up going out on loan because of this. Clearly he and Sammy don't always see eye to eye, but my view is that he one of the best players we have at the club, he should be playing. I've heard some people talking about Will not being a team player, which is clearly nonsense.

I can't see him still being here at the start of next season, which is a shame.

I heard he'd been tapped up by another club (Scottish) and his agent was steering him towards a move, not too long after he signed a contract with us. Not sure how true it was but he was left out of the team shortly after I heard it.

That's why I said IF he's happy here and committed to the club, he'd be on my teamsheet (and, I suspect, Sammy's) every week.
