I received a friendly, gentle reminder today. It went something like 'you incompetent arse, I bet you've done bugger all about planning for the Shrimpsvoices Player of the Year have you?' To which I replied eh? What? Err? Doesn't someone else do that? Oh bugger... Then I composed myself, and thought about it. Hang on a moment, we're only a couple of places above Bradford and they cancelled their Player of the Year award because they were so crap, shouldn't we be doing the same? But we decided that we don't need to base our assessment of how bad this season has been on how many places above Bratford we finish.

So, without further ado, may I present, the well thought through and not cobbled together at the last minute oh, no, not at all it isn't, the 2010/11 SVPotY!

The rules are simple.

I think you forgot because one guy has already cleared space for all this season's awards.

It does make you wonder, however, that how are our best 2 players a defender and goalkeeper when we are near the bottom of the table conceding 63 goals.
