Priestfield Stadium - Advice

Does anyone know which stand we will be allocated to us at Gillingham? I'm taking a friend from down there who hasn't been to a game for 40 years so would hate to be treating him to that open stand. Don't fancy it myself either!

The open "ker-plunk" (Brian Moore) stand is the one we get I'm afraid, although if it does rain I am told they throw you a plastic raincoat!! Hopefully the sun will be shining by then

It'll be the scaffolding at 25 quid a throw won't it?

Apparently they are opening half of the Brian Moore stand (the open one) to home supporters at £12 each to try and get a good atmosphere for their push for a play off position. They are also offering the same for the Macclesfiled game later in the month and a price £20 for both. That's why I wondered if they might give us part of one of the side stands like we do at The Globe.

Err - No. Caravans find their way to many corners of the countryside. Many in Kent are on their way to the ferry and the channel tunnel. You will find as many in Wales, our very own Lake District, the Cotswolds etc etc. Have you ever been down the M5 towards Cornwall in the holiday season?

Anyway back to the football, Monty Python needs a rest. Hope we get a deal on tickets at Priestfield
