Lincoln yesterday......

Just got up after working friday night and going straight to the game on saturday morning..... Well what a day the 146 shrimps fans had - the weather was gorgeous the result was good after shaky start and the performance was much much better taking our run to 5 matches without defeat - Barry Roche 8 dealt with everything what was thrown at him and a message to the sad spireites who said he could not catch the ball they should have seen him yesterday Ryan Mccann 7 worked hard all day and think he will get better with more games Danny Adams 3 should never have been near the team and should only be brought back when fully fit David Artell 7 got caught out a bit with the goal but lot stronger after that and made one great clearance off the line Jim Bentley 8 showed today why he is club captain and is going to be a club legend great run through in 2nd half Craig Stanley 7 bit lucky with the goal but celebrated like he wanted to wear the shrimps shirt with full length pitch celebration Stuart Drummond 7 worked hard all day with some fancy touches but should have done better with header in 2nd half Gary Hunter 7 not is best performance in a shrimps shirt but certainly not is worst either Michael Twiss 8 back to is best worked hard all game long and put some great crosses in to the danger zone in 1st half Diarmuid O Carroll 7 worked quite well with howe but was fouled time and time again with no protection from poor ref Rene Howe 8 not been biased but worked the line fantastically all day long for not much reward and to get booked near the end for a 50/50 challenge was a total joke Wayne Curtis 7 came on and put is self about like always also put a couple of great crosses in Neil Wainwright 7 not really on the pitch long enough to make an impression Andy Parrish 7 played well against pace
