Lets unite and support Morecambe!

Lets unite and support Morecambe!

Postby Frobi » Thu Feb 24, 2011 8:36 pm

I’ve been thinking long and hard about this, and even though I have aired my views in recent days about what should happen, at the end of the day, it’s not our decision to make, it’s the board of Morecambe FC’s decision, and we have to respect it.

SO LETS GET BEHIND THE TEAM AND SUPPORT MORECAMBE FC AS BEST WE CAN!

Lets stop the fighting and squabbling and become a family again!

We can make a huge difference over the next couple of months, and if all the fans get behind the team as best we can, from kick off right the way through to the final whistle win or lose, that can only be a boost the players, knowing we have their support through this difficult time in Morecambe FC’s history.

Let’s get as many chants started as possible, all with “Morecambe” in it, no chants about homosexuality, no chants slagging off other players or teams, chants that we all know, that are simple, effective, and that everyone knows!!!

This isn’t just a plea to the young lads in the MBW who start the chants, this is a plea to every single fan who goes to watch the team, wherever they may sit or stand!

MORECAMBE NEEDS YOU!!!!!!!

COME ON YOU REDS!!!! THE MORECAMBE!!!!!!!

"It's time for everyone to pull their socks up"

"The fans have been fantastic"

"We need them more than ever"

"We know were in a battle but we will do all we can to get out of it"

Come on, lets give our all, lets all stand up and be counted, sing our hearts out for our club, its times like these that make or break history. We could all be remebered for the fans that got behind the team, gave them a lift and helped them out of this dog fight! WE CAN DO IT!!!

I'm just fed up of feeling so down and low. Then realised what's the point in feeling so negative anymore, it wont make things better. Lets just get behind the lads and enjoy ourselves in the process!

Bradford have come up with their own idea how to get more supporters through the turnstiles:

http://www.bradfordcityfc.co.uk/page/Ne ... 60,00.html

The football club can now confirm that ALL City supporters will be able to bring friends and family to Saturday's crucial home fixture with Stockport County for ONLY £1.00 each.
Legally permitted to use "Gnasher" by DC Thomson's lawyers since 1999.

One Stockport fan has contacted the Football League. They won't be happy having to pay the full whack!! Wouldn't surprise me if they sneak in as Bradford Fans for a quid. Considering how their stewarding operates they could have a busy day tomorrow!

"the final email from the FL was a F'off and go away . . . steam's seeping out of every 'ole i tell yer! "

"they have messed up because were all going into the home end. so if we score theres going to be 300 county fans going wild! i think we all need to sit togeather if we are as there will be no transfers apparently "

Stockport have shown their intent to stop leaking goals and have signed a keeper on loan from Ipswich
