Covers behind the MBW

Covers behind the MBW

Postby outsider » Sun Feb 20, 2011 9:48 pm

Nice to see the club do listen and have put a few covers up, amidst all the doom and gloom this weekend this has to be a bright point?

Also the return of the pasta, that seemed to be going down well.

Just need a few tables and chairs and it might just feel a bit feel like a side street in Rome when the sun comes out! We are not there yet but the facilities are going in the right direction. :D

Good idea having separate queues for alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks, it needs to be made clearer which is which though. Whilst being fairly obvious for the majority, people rocking up for their first game might find themselves in the wrong queue and be victim of the queue police which happened a couple of times at half-time on Saturday.

They need some covers over where you queue.

Like someone said about why has it taken three quarters of the season to start working this things out.

The away end has a small section where they can stand under.

Two thirds of a season I'll have you know!!!

I think the two crowds of 1,600 inside a week have prompted the powers that be to sit up and take notice. It will be interesting to have a look round Chesterfields new ground on Saturday.

I believe every stand at Chesterfield has a concourse with TV's etc I know that deff applies for the three home stands and am fairly sure it's the same for the away end.

Driven past it on a number of occassions and it looks really good looking forward to seeing what it's like inside ad what the facilities/service are like, will be intresting to know if they are still having teething problems?

All we need now is the stewards to go behind the MBW stand at half-time to help make this a no smoking area.

Damn Right! They could also wander round the car park checking Tax discs, ask everyone
whether they've got a up to date TV license and provide a shoulder to cry on for people
who think all these immigrants have taken all our jobs.
