I will get the ball rolling......
Roche

Holdsworth McCready Parrish Capaldi

Shuker Hurst Fleming Wilson

Spencer Carlton

Subs : Charnock, Drummond, Hendrie, Jevons, Mullin, Brown :D

Carn't wait for this one think it will be a decent attendance aswell as Oxford are very well supported club :!:

I really like this team.

But I doubt Sammy will play Jim. So my back four would be

Holdsworth Parrish Charnock Capaldi

Even less likely given he picked up a head injury last night and hasn't been in the first team squad for several weeks...

My guess would be that Sammy will go with this:

___________________ROCHE_______________
________________________________________
HOLDSWORTH__PARRISH__CHARNOCK__CAPALDI
________________________________________
HURST______FLEMING___DRUMMOND___WILSON
________________________________________
___________SPENCER_____JEVONS___________

But I would probably go:

___________________ROCHE_______________
________________________________________
HOLDSWORTH__PARRISH__McCREADY__CAPALDI
________________________________________
HURST______BROWN____DRUMMOND___WILSON
________________________________________
___________SPENCER_____CARLTON_________

Then you have Jevons, Mullin and Fleming who can all come off the bench and give them something different to think about.
HOWAY THE SHRIMPS!!!!!

On topic(ish) and proud!

They could well have sold their seated section but can't see the terrace being sold out. As far as they are concerned it is pay on the gate

What a dilemma Sammy has with the 4 strikers. And whatever he does, it it doesn't work he will get shot down with 'should of started X'.

I think he will play Spencer and Jevons with Carlton and coming on for Jevons and then maybe Mullin on for Spencer late on depending on the scoreline.

I would play Spencer and Carlton with Jevons coming on.

I would play Spencer and Hurst with Brown or Hunter on the right.

GK- Baz
RB- Holdsworth
LB- Wilson
CB- Parrish
CB- McCready
RM- Hurst
LM- Rundle
CM- Fleming
CM- Brown
ST- Mullin
ST- Carlton
Jevons, Shuker, Capaldi, Hunter, Brown, Charnock

That would be my team. I wouldn't say Drummond or Capaldi have done anything serious that warrents being dropped, but for me Browns bite and energy is useful and would allow Fleming to dictate play more. Rundle (or Shuker) on the wing would be more attack minded and i think Mullin and Carlton would work so well together.

However of course the reality will be different and i reckon unchanged. Wilson at left mid, Drummond will start, as will Spencer. It must just be me but he really hasn't impressed me as yet. He has popped up with a couple of goals but for me he offers nothing to our overall play. If he is going to play, please dont' put him with Jevons as they are too similar
