We'll see people equal and better his achievements in terms of winning things (and have), but I don't think we'll see anybody take a second division club to double-winning European champions in little over four seasons. We'll also never enjoy somebody with the type of character, charisma and humour that he had. Such a tragedy the way the story ended. Obviously I'm slightly biased (and also delighted with the double over direby yesterday) having a soft spot for Forest.

Will we ever see anybody better Fergies league title hauls? Managers don't seem to stick around that long anymore, plus the timing and conditions he has enjoyed will never quite be the same.

On Revie I only go on what my uncle a Peterboro told me Leeds United were dirty and cheated and when they did not do that

hint hint not often they were the best in England.

I only did this topic because I was watching the Dammed United again

As great a manager as Brian Clough was, his treatment of Justin Fashanu will forever be a massive black mark as far as I'm concerned.

Later in his career, yes. But he was in his early 20s when he played for Forest, long before he went off the rails, as it were.

Marky 100% with you about john being black that was worng.

but come on bryan had little cash twice turned them into premiership winner and twice champions league winners.

question

now can you see Swansea City or Norwich getting into the premiership and then winning the premiership and then winning twice the champions league

Please do not say we can not because of now more cash is around it is not it was just a pure and raw manager beliving in his player

Why I am 100% right about Brian Clough excellent managing skills.

Arsene Wenger genius really where is your champions league medal (winners medal )

And Clough has two simple and the squad he had where quiet cheap in todays money simple
