Not in the best of conditions (as you would expect !) but mega rare nonetheless.

Worth a punt at £2.50 starting price. IMO would expect that to go for about £30.00. :geek:

Doubt it would have any value to a collector but as a piece of club history it's priceless.

Does anyone know if the club holds on to any back issues of the match day programme? I wonder how many programmes from this era have survived the years.

A good friend of mine called Jim Kirton (RIP Jim) used to have a cracking programme shop at Boundary Park, Oldham and I remember purchasing one of these from him many years ago now.

I was quite overjoyed at the time to find an old single sheet Morecambe Reserves programme in the Oldham Athletic Programme Shop !!!

If anyone comes across a batch of Morecambe programmes from 1963 to 1968 for sale can they PM me. I posted them to a collector and they were stolen while in the care of Royal Mail. All he received was an empty envelope

Perhaps if it IS one of our own who win this item, they could perhaps review it in depth for Sean's Shrimp Scene ??

I have a Netherfield programme from 1970, interesting seeing the Exclusive 200 Club mentioned. How many are still around?

Maybe we can get another 200 exclusives tonight 8-)

The Auxiliary Supporters Club had a tombola on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Saturday Night was Dance Night to the Premier Dance Duo of the North, Harold Graham & Ralph Wilson

Daily Lottery prize ~ £40 for 1st and £5 for 2nd

Fireside Bingo £180 weekly.

Yeah, some would say nothing changes. Having put 46 quid down at 5 pm I was relieved to find I had lost by 6pm . Would have been a cool momento though.

Maybe the sellers bidder thought he had got a live one and I would stop at nothing to get it

I used a selection of these, from the same season, to get my collectors badge, when i was in da cubs! presented them in a wooden case, with a cellophane window, very fancy. I was awarded the badge, but never actually received it!!
Shrimper, do you remember?
that year, 5th cubs, woodlands drive, i'm sure you were there!!
