Listening to The Bay www.thebay.co.uk Glen Cooper & Dave Salmon with updates. Sounds like a good game and we are playing well. Very slippery and wet. Capaldi just lost the ball twice resulting in Barry needing a good save. Considering the conditions, it sounds good.

Duffy took it past two players before being tripped in the box, similar to at Shrewsbury. Wilson confidently dispatched it.

Wilson with another penalty after Duffy fouled again. Wilson with another firm penalty. Brilliant!

As I said on October 1st...

Keith wrote:Also, I guarantee that this partnership would produce penalties because Duffy would get fouled regularly.

Three in two games, all definite penalties according to Glen. Keep Duffy running at players in the area and he will get fouled.

I sort of felt they were in complete control - Rochey had made at least 3 spectacular saves, we were putting them under no real pressure. At 0-0 they looked like they wanted the win more than us pushing more players forward.................but I'll take what happened. 12 points out of 15 now!

We were lucky today, and surely we all know it. How often do you get two penalties in one game?
However, I've seen many a Morecambe game where we have been unlucky, so why should we be worried?

to be honest i think we are due a bit of luck. We were so unlucky the first half of the season and there were many games where i think we deserved more

Sammy went down the tunnel for the 2nd pen, he was like a jackrabbit when he reappeared. Totally undeserved IMO but who gives a shit

It rains on us a lot so let's embrace the moment eh? :D
