No pressure then..... I would expect the after match conversation to be about the result. We win , we get an instant fan club.

Yep. Are you not used to politics. Maybe we should hire a quango. Let's elect a leader tomorrow.

On that note can I suggest that the fans who have genuine feelings write them down, or type them tidily, maybe in order of urgency in their opinion. This needs to be done in a constructive and polite manner and then maybe put into a box that the elected "boss" can use for info. I suggest it should also be signed with name and address. If this takes place , then the results can be discussed sensibly rather than the usual bunfight 8-)

the first things to sort out are the nuts and bolts, how to organise, what constitution to have, what approach to take, how to liaise with the club positively, where the money comes from etc etc.. But lets just try and harness whatever enthusiasm manifests itself on saturday, that's a good start in itself.

obviously the agenda should look a bit like:

1. Beer
2. Welcome and thanks for attending
3. how good is it to finally beat Accy! (agenda item may be subject to change)
4. how the hell are we going to do all this...
5. how do we make the organisation a positive way of producing more fans, young and old
6. date, time, venue of next meeting
7. more beer
