probably because we are 2 players short.

a fast strong striker. they dont grow on trees and may not fancy a relegation battle !

a fast winger capable of getting behind defences.

A very, very, very, very, very, very, very good question!

Motivation? Tactics? Lack of leadership (this season) on the field? Lack of encouragement from the crowd?

Maybe the manager has lost the dressing room?

The only thing he should be finding is his P45. Take a job on sky sports and enjoy retirement.

Ryan Giggs is 37 tomorrow but I reckon he'd get in our first team

Definitely.
My favourite player (outside of the Shrimps) of the last 20 years,
and I am not a ManU fan either. Just love the way he plays and his attitude.

Giggs (37) Scholes (36) and Neville (35) are all older than Drummie and despite being 108 years old between the three of them, they could all walk in to our first team for a while yet. Apart from the obvious comment regarding their professionalism, the point is Drummie potentially has a few years left before we need to worry about his age.

Of course they would walk into our side, they are plying their trade at the highest level ffs! It's the equivilent of saying Drummond would walk into a side playing in the EvoStick Premier League!

I only mentioned his age in relation to being able to ply his trade in a higher division. At 35 that is unlikely. No doubt about him being a good league 2 standard player.

Maybe the players are wallowing in all the luxury of brand new facilities. The changing rooms with built in spa and massage parlour, the fabulous catering facilities, the high speed lift and the choice of bars.
they have gone from this:

To this:

So maybe going back to basics with one of these

Maybe we should build similar facilities for them to use in the car park which might just give them the polite kick up the arse they need instead of all this sulky stuff that we seem to have at the moment.

FFS to you too! THE POINT IS THAT HIS AGE ISN'T A PROBLEM IN MY OPINION- FFS!. There are older players at one of the top clubs in Europe so AGE isn't the problem if he remains fit.

Marky 1. The home changing rooms at CP weren't bad (Les had more space). The difference is the away dressing room. They were tiny and awful at CP and I reckon gave us a bit of a psychological difference. Now they've got relative luxury. Mind you bar their back of the stand space away fans have got a pretty good deal too.

Had a problem with Accy coming to steal 3 points (always cheeting etc, etc, etc) but now that they are coming from their 'sh*t hole' I'm really worried......

That's it!! The fault is with the facilities for the away players. We will have to downgrade them pronto! As for Les he will need to lose a few pounds, maybe go on another zip wire or 2

Why do you have a major problem with Hunter? It's been evident for a while. If you ask any member of the team to play with heart and soul, garry would be 100% every time. Give him a break.

like everyone on here it is a personal opinion.

the statement was about which players are league standard or even better , not who gives 100%. I would like to think that they all give that.

Oh yes you have got it. Omg I can't believe it. You have solved the problem of why we are doing so crap. Genius. Both of you. The reason we are losing is due to the away dressing room being nice and the facilities being better than CP.

What leadership?

We have a manager that sit at the back of the dug out having the odd rant but generally doing nothing ,rather resembling my 5 year old when he doesn't get his own way.
Then we have big baz in goal, what use is a captain when he is stuck at the wrong end of the pitch. We need a captain out in the field like jimbo was, barking orders to the forward players.
