More than 100 fans were involved in fighting with police and stewards during the derby game last night where Shrewsbury took on Hereford. Several arrests were made when a number of police + stewards were assaulted DURING the 1st half inside the Greenhous meadow at Shrewsbury.

Compounded somewhat, I would imagine, by the fact that Graham Turner left The Bulls to take over at Shrewsbury over the Summer.

This season too, when we played Shrewsbury at The Globe, their fans gave Stanners no end of abuse during the game as he is an ex-Hereford player.
