Who will come and go in January/Summer?

Any ideas on anyone we could bring in to strengthen the team?
Who do we think should go in January?
Who will go in January/Summer that we can't stop?
Anyone out of contract?

We need to keep hold of our best players by offering them decent contracts or avoid losing them for nothing. I've heard that players aren't happy and have other places to go higher up in the leagues. I can't blame them for wanting to play higher but we could at least try flog them before their contracts run out in the summer.

Based on performances so far this season would anyone be interested in any of our players? Duffy, Parrish and Roache are the only consistent ones out there. Mullin's worked his socks off. Sums it up really. Too many errors at the back and not taking chances going forward. Very odd season if you ask me. Stevenage are a play-off contender largely because they bore the arse off everyone but are very solid all across the park. We can be brill for twenty mins then awful for seventy. Clearly need a steady eddy right-back. Another forward. And i would suggest another centre-back.

The likes of Shuker, Rundle, Capaldi have been hit and miss. Not sure Haining is exactly pulling up trees for us either. One or two others are looking a bit error prone too. It would be nice if we could just play a ninety minute game of footie by doing the basics well for a change. There always seems to be some talking point after every match.

Of those whose loans/temporary contracts end in January, the only one I can see being offered an extension is Brown. Capaldi didn't even get a game when we had a half-fit centre back playing at right-back and a bench 'full of kids' so there's no chance of him staying (I hope...). Sammy doesn't think Spencer is ready so there is little point in keeping him when his loan expires. The player who we desperately need to offer a new contract to is Duffy, otherwise we could lose him for nothing in the summer.

Sammy said on Radio Lancs today that he's given PMG 3 players names whom he would like to sign but they may not be able to be signed till January. Probably because we will be paying Jim Capaldi and Jimmy Spencer until then.

Maybe one of them is 'praying' for a change in fortune?

Sammy will be selecting some of his favourite music on Radio Lancashire at 1pm this coming Saturday.

Yes the King loses.

E I E I E I O, up the football league we go. When we win promotion this is what we'll sing, we are Morecambe we are Morecambe Sammy is our king.

(much better end to our current lyrics and rhymes better with sing)

Could a song be "Another one bites the dust" or "We are the champions"
