CAR PARK

Although the two large areas at the front of the globe are not yet taken by concessions, it is fair to assume that whatever they were, hotel, fast food outlet or retail store, they would need car parks, so why not do them now, providing instant matchday income, and a job less for potential future tennants, if not on both sides, at least on one.

$50K + to do the car parks $5 to park a car equals 10000 paid for spaces less VAT. Would take a while before any return and when tenants arrive the car parks would be in the wrong place IMO

Don't think they would want a gravel area at the front

Brilliant, by your own sums marky, if just 200 cars used the sensibly placed car parks at the very front of these areas they would be an asset, paid for in 2 seasons, and its a bad idea

The car parking spaces could be leased to future tenants, and maybe one or two people who do not fancy driving down on a wet tuesday because there is nowhere to park might come and pay in to the football matches
