I agree...it's simply NOT ON!

Maybe we should have a word with the giant of a security guy (in the orange jacket) at the top of the steps who enjoys blocking peoples way and refuses to budge. Maybe he could be put onto peanut guard duties..... Probably more appropriate as he seems unable to communicate in the normal manner other than by a GRUNT!
