Ian Holloway ? Legend. Absolute Legend.

Quote from last night (via the BBC website):

Blackpool boss Ian Holloway has hit back at critics who said his side would be the worst in Premier League history.

The Seasiders beat West Brom on Monday to reach the 13 point mark and pass Derby County's record lowest points haul for a Premier League season of 11.

"The lowest points ever, we aren't going to be that team so shut up the lot of you, whoever wrote it," said Holloway after beating the Baggies.

No chance, he's home grown so that counts him out straight away.

Mind you being a Cornishman they may have difficulty understanding him, so on second thoughts, he'll probably be in with a shout!

:o :o :o

Very Severe weather warning now out for Lancs/Cumb. Might even get called off!!

However much they are paid I feel sorry for the lads playing in that if it is bad  Lets hope it is worth it.

Worst team in history - Direby County (although technically Pompey trump them).

My favourite Ian Holloway quote on winning ugly whilst manager of QPR:

"To put it in gentleman's terms if you've been out for a night and you're looking for a young lady and you pull one, some weeks they're good looking and some weeks they're not the best. Our performance today would have been not the best looking bird but at least we got her in the taxi. She wasn't the best looking lady we ended up taking home but she was very pleasant and very nice, so thanks very much, let's have a coffee"

Agree GG.

I have been outside about ten minutes ago little bit of rain not enough I do not think to call off the football match.

If the game gets called off how long before kick off could it get called off?
