When will this man ever learn, last week drink driving this week in possesion of class A drugs, i think he's been given enough chances now ??

He's an addict. Normal rules don't apply.

And also a long term sufferer of serious mental health problems.

It is guidance and help he needs. Lets hope he accepts it this time and doesn't duck out of any help given / offered to him.
