QUID A KID

The good value for money offer today created a great atmosphere, a great gate, sold out all our food, made footy affordable to some that cannot justify coming every week, and in my mind should be a permanent fixture, get kids into the habit of supporting the local team, give the parents a reasonable deal and we would get 3000 plus a week, well done MFC build on it :!:

plenty of folk reading this post, if you have a positive thing to say, do it, it will boost gates and give you a bargain day out, the club do read this board :!:

You would hope the club adopt this, but it is unlikely to be anything more than a marketing ploy to get some more young fans into the stadium. Much as though we would like to see this every week, I doubt it will happen. It may though inspire the club to think about dropping the price for kids, but again, unlikely.

Not only a great gate (sorry I was 300 miles away but listening on the i-player), but was a great match from all reports. The defence have looked much more solid for the last few games and Duffy is improving with every game. All round a great team effort and as you say keep the youngsters rolling in at £1 a ticket. Kid in front of me had to fork out £6 on the turnstile. Did these tickets need to be pre-purchased or something?

thats the whole point, club plus family both win if you buy the ticket in advance, it worked, look at the attendance today, keep it going MFC , very well done on and off the pitch :!:

Keep encouraging the kids they are future regular fans and they must have enjoyed the great win today. Apart from the youngster who got hit full on by the ball in ther MBW and had to go out with medics hope he is ok?

so there you go, more of these offers will bring in the fans, if the club keeps it real we can average 3000 a week.

Keep winning and you will never know. Currently averaging over 2600. Would be very happy to have an average of 2500 come the end of the season. 8-)

Just spoke to his dad and the young lads OK, just a bit of a swollen hand.
