Two mates in front of me got the last two pies, when I asked why they had ran out he said they'll be ready for half time. I mentioned it was half time as it was 3:45 and noted the huge queue behind me. The reply was "oh is it?".
I asked why there wasn't food ready for the rush and he claimed they were too busy. How busy they can be during the first half I don't know, so god knows what they were doing all afternoon.
What is the fascination of queuing up for over-priced fodder just to complain about the quality, price, or length of the queue?

In my day we always stopped at Great Eccleston for fish and chips.
