A couple of observations.

First they loan out a striker in Danny C to Grimsby and now it looks as though they are taking in a loanee striker from United. If I was DC I'd be asking questions as to my future.

As for our connections with Man Utd, this has been raised before. I find it very strange that as far as I'm aware that throughout Sammy's managerial career he has never taken anybody on loan from Man Utd. Maybe he thinks that nobody is good enough..... :o

I think Alex Ferguson has said something about not letting any of his reserve players go out on loan to any clubs lower than the Championship.

I would guess that this guy Bury have on loan is very much a youth team player probably similar to Spencer.

add a certain andy bishop to that list who is probably better than all of them...but we need to just play our own game put past behind us and just go at them after all we are three games undefeated at moment a stat that most people seem to have forgot

Who many of whom here were pushing for when Chester were going tits up. Apparently he 'wasn't good enough for Morecambe' and a 'problem in the dressing room', according to feedback from a club official. Not too much of a problem for Bury though.

Isn't hindsight a wonderful thing eh!
