Alternative team

Alternative team

Looking at the current squad of players and then leaving out last Saturday's starting 11 plus the 1 sub used, we could still field the following starting line up.

Walker
Moss, Scott, Bentley, Wilson
Rundle, Stanley, Fleming, Wainwright
Jevons, Hendrie.

That doesn't look too shabby to me. Given that just before the start of the season we were worried about the lack of numbers in the squad (when we weren't worrying about the Globe not being ready!), it seems that we now have a really strong squad. Of course we can still criticise SM for not picking what we each believe to be the best starting 11, but at least he has plenty of choice. However.........how is the wages budget looking?? Must be very close to the limit I would think.

Doesn't look Shabby at all. Very strong in fact.

Will be interesting to see though if Jimbo does ever get another first team run out soon.

Looking forward also to seeing Neil Wainwright back in the equation.
