Lewis Alessandra had two spells at the Shrimps earlier in his career and has scored six times during this campaign.

Redshaw & Alessandra both scored in a 0-4 defeat of City. Anyone remember when Lancaster were our rivals?

Don't be laughing just yet! It might be Giant Axe on Boxing day if we don't get our owner out.

Former Shrimps on both sides, but great to see Jack and Lewis still on form!

Eli King signs for Ross County. Can’t blame Derek however sickening it is. He’s permitted to do this and anyone of us would do the same

I wonder how many more he'll come looking for?

It shows what a draw Derek Adams is and how respected he is. I am in no doubt that if he was still our Manager, the loan players would still be here.

Yeah poor form from DA this. TBH though, as well as they all did for a couple of months earlier in the season and as talented as they obviously all are, I was secretly hoping that all of the loan players would return to their parent clubs. A major freshening up was required after a seriously poor run of form that didn’t show much sign of abating.

Burnley and Dundee have just linked up according to their owners so makes sense for Mellon to go on loan there
