Who cares? Well, people posting in this thread and people reading this thread. As you've noticed, Derek Adams is the CURRENT Shrimps manager and therefore not relevant in the "FORMER Shrimps" thread.

Good luck to Jim and AFC Fylde, hope they get a trip to Goodison or Anfield!

So how did that work out then?

Bit of a difference. Those clubs have been rivals for a long time. I haven't seen any rivalry on here between us and Fylde. If we go down or Fylde come up I'm sure Jim would be given a good reception from most fans (excluding you of course) if his team visited The Globe.

Is the bitterness/negativity of some, just a natural attribute, or is it a trait honed to perfection over many years?

Vadine Olivier on the score sheet again!

Not a bad player when he's not upfront on his own and has widemen providing crosses into box to score goals.

Always felt we didn't make the most of him due in part not giving him the service he desperately needed.

His current manager was at Carlisle and wanted him there but we got him instead.

Vadine is maintaining his 1 goal every 5 game average at Northampton, hardly prolific , and he is now 28, he isn't ever going to be prolific now is He?

Have to agree Lee but maybe if we'd played him in the way that his current manager is then he would have scored more than he did in the time he was with us.

It seems obvious that he performs better when he gets the supply he needs.

I think I'm right in saying that he has scored more in this season to date than he did in his entire career with us.

You'd be wrong , he has scored 3 in 16 games.

I think he scored 7 for us.

I wasn't a fan of Oliver, but given the choice of Oliver or Miller I would have Oliver.

100% to that GS. Miller has shown very little of “anything “ imo.

Positively prolific! 4 goals this season in the FA Cup against non-league sides! he was good in the Conference too, found his level of opposition?
