Ive been a supporter for 30years.
I'm so proud of our team throughout those years, and the improvements made.
I'm so proud of past and present directors who have worked to achieved the results
I'm proud of the ground staff whom work long hours.

And now I'm very proud of our wonderful new ground that will house our loyal supporters

I have followed the club the same amount of time as you mazatec...and I will be very proud seeing our players walk out at the globe arena tomorrow night in front of a big crowd...the progression of the club over the thirty years I have followed them is amazing and with our brand new surroundings things can only go from strength to strength

100% Agree

I am very Proud to call myself a Morecambe supporter and to have grown up in the town. I have read SV's for a few years now and just recentley decided to join.

I moved away to Manchester 10 years ago and still try to get to as many games as possible and will be there tomorrow night to cheer on the lads and take in the sights of the Globe!! :D

Only been going to games for the last 5 season (but have followed the team via the press for longer) this is a fantastic day for the club it is up there with the Wembley wins and the first leauge game at Christie Park.

A missive thank you must go to the chairman and everyone else for getting us to this point the new ground looks great (not even been inside yet!) and we now have first class facilities the we can be proud of.

:D :D :D

I think the word proud sums everything up really. Only thing I regret is that I will not be able to be there this evening and have to wait until the end of August before 1st visit to the Globe.

Who would have believed that this would be happening when I first went to Christie Park over 20 years ago, crowds of 200 in the NPL, walls falling down the infamous cinder bank next to the Aux club where a spilled cup of coffee would flood it.

Everyone who has contributed to the rise of our football club in the past 15/20 years from Directors to someone who may have volunteered a Sunday morning to paint or sweep should enjoy there pre match pint more than any other tonight.

Up the Shrimps!

The gates are actually open, although I don't know when the turnstiles do. the hospitality suite is open from 6.15. As someone said they are trying to get the Shop open for business by 4.30
