Season Tickets.

Postby Burnley Shrimp » Thu Aug 05, 2010 6:27 pm

I understood that anyone who didn't collect them from the shop would have them sent out by post. When I rang the temporary club shop early last week to order Coventry tickets they told me they'd be sent out last Friday. Ours still haven't arrived.I've been trying to ring the shop all today but it just diverts to answerphone. I do understand they've a hell of a lot on at the moment with the move to the Globe so can understand why the phones aren't being answered.................. However.

Can anyone tell me has anyone else received theirs by post yet or is it just us who haven't had them? Does anyone know if there is a delay with posting them out for some reason?

Going away for two weeks after the Cov game so could do with it sorting before that so there's no panic on return before the first league game we can attend.

My mate went to the club shop today to buy tickets for the Coventry game but could not buy them because the ticket machine was down.

as a seperate thing it would be nice to know how many season tickets the club have sold this year and how that compares to the last couple of years bearing in mind the new facilities....i personally think the home end is not as imposing as the old north stand end at christie and think more people likely to go in the new main stand,,,,,
would it be possible for the club to give us some idea on numbers sold
thanks

When I went for Coventry tickets they told me they would only be open untill Thursday (today) then on Friday they would be moving to the Globe. I would think it would be a week or so before the club shop is all set up so wondering where to get a season ticket from.

Just because the new home terrace isnt as big, doesn't mean people aren't going to go there. It's likely to look rather full for every match, considering how much space we filled up in the North Stand, which was a 1/4 bigger? The Main Stand does however have much better facilities, but that shouldn't stop many people, I mean, how can you watch a game without singing your heart out ? ;)
