The Top from a Bic Ballpoint pen makes an ideal Norman helmet for a worm.

This summer, make snow for the kids by rubbing ice from your freezer compartment on a cheese grater.

My top tips here to improve your life are

1. get up early

2. go for a walk (with or without a dog)

3 whilst walking make a mental or written list of the days tasks

4 eat breakfast, and open mail, acting on it asap

5 smile at everyone you meet

6 hold no grudges

7 reward yourself after work with your maximum recommended amount of your chosen poison.

This works for me monday to friday

Rather have a hot tub for the day! We must be the only fans in the country who hav'nt had a chance to see the team play yet

I think you will find that after a slow start we will be in playoff contention with a turnout of 2300 come march.

Before 0600 every sunny morning.
Walk naked into the garden.
Adopt the 'Tony Roberts' position, with your 'eye' pointing East.
Focus your mind on the sun's energy entering the 'eye'.
Feel the warmth of the sunshine, breathing normally, and maintain the position for one minute.
Wave at any fluttering curtains.
Go and enjoy the rest of the day 8-)

No wonder you had to move away...I had heard of the "Poulton Ring" and I thought it was some sort of relic..and it would seem it is.just not the sort I thought it was. :D
