I got a call from Rod last week telling me about it and I was dead chuffed as you can imagine! To come top of League 2 is fantastic by itself, but to come top of the Football League is just mind blowing!

What is really pleasing though is that it is a rating from the fans.

Great to go out of Christie on a high! Mids & I are really humbled.

Fantastic stuff. Really chuffed for Mark and Midds as they fully deserve it. Really good to see the club's hard working volunteers recognised for the brilliant work they do.

Also got League 2 Best Matchday Experience and people like Mark and Midds are a vital part of that. Brilliant too about the recognition for stewarding, ticket prices and much more, which is often down to volunteers who commit a lot of time.

Well done indeed Mark mate !!! So very much deserved.

And as I told you the other week, my son's words as we were leaving Christie after the Dagenham game, "I hope we keep the same announcer at The Globe" ..........
