Interesting news from the fence watch team:

carwash fenced off and a man shutting and locking the gates. The fencing is the same as that used by Sainsburys pre boarding.

Rumours of interesting negotiations between car wash company and Sainsburys. Offered a very good deal by Sainsburys in the mid six figures they tried it on with a figure 150% higher. Sainsburys asked them if they were serious and they said yes. End of negotiations. Sainsburys got permissions which included closing access to the car wash for Lancaster bound traffic and large walls around the car wash. 5-0 Sainsburys. Facing future problems with the business I assume they've now a accepted an offer a lot less than even that previously offered.

Of course all gossip and speculation.
