i am weighing up the options

If he does get signed by a prem team then fair play to the lad, it would be very deserved IMO

Would that be conference (Southport) to league 2 (Us) to league 1 (Stockport) to champioship (Coventry) to Premiership (Blackpool)?

Sadly no. Southport were Conf North when he joined us.

Only my opinion but don't think Carl is good enough for the premier league...sorry if that might upset a few people on here but its just how i see it

Seems to me he proves people wrong every time he steps up a level, I personally loved every game he played at christie park and would make a point of travelling down to any prem ground once (bar ewood or horwich) to see him in the prem, if its true good on yer carl

I've checked with a few of my Skyblue friend's and they have not heard anything, As for Carl in the prem, he will be with the city the season after next

No i don't watch Carl play week in week out..and if he goes onto play in the premiership then good luck to him but a bit more time in a decent championship side would be more beneficial in my opinion and like i said earlier potatoman its only my opinion

There are a lot of Coventry fans down here and most seem to think that after a bright start the other Championship teams have found him out and he's not been all that effective. I'd be surprised if Blackpool came in for him.

Does that mean if they pay for him we get extra money? Sell on clause etc?

No, but Stockport might.
