Morecambe Talk Forum

Sorry to raise this again Keith, but if you glance at this post on this forum:

http://morecambetalk.forumotion.com/mor ... ts-t30.htm

You will see that it's a straight lift from my post of Sunday May 23rd.

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7756

I'd like to know why. I didn't post it, no one else can possibly say that when it was me who obtained the reports, and the username on "Morecambe Talk" isn't me as I haven't joined it.

I just wonder if any other Shrimpsvoices topics have been plagiarised?

Jack, an explanation please.

They've been hacked already  What gives it away is the links in the signature advertising various web sites, not typical of a football supporter. Check that user's other posts and you'll see what I mean.

Having lectured Jack about copyright, I'll give him 24 hours to remove the new logo which most defnitely uses a copyrighted photo.

This is an automated thief or someone bent on screwing up their forum. Check out the other forum's mtptl77 user, you'll find their replies have been lifted from various places.

Who would want to screw up their forum, it would leave a very bad taste if it was anSV

I don't have a problem with two forums, but MT is full of adverts, a big turn off IMO.
I'm glad it's not like that on here.

I often get my choreography plagerised (spelling) and performed with other peoples names on it.
1 dance troupe even used the same music type of chairs and costumes, they recorded 1 of our performances which was shown on TV and blatantly copied it.
Guess what
Our new routine in the dance comp. got 2nd and theirs won.

I'll scratch that bitches eyes out when i see her next.

On a more serious note I sent her a letter asking her to refrain from using any of my choreography without my permission, I received a letter back from her solicitor saying how dare I imply she had stolen the choreography, and she was suing me for slander if I continued, I handed the whole matter to my solicitor, told him to make as much as he could off this and I didn't want to see a bill.
I received a letter of apology from the bitch and a bottle of Moet from my solicitor. 8-)

How about the "you've got one message" boxes that appear in any section and takes you
to pop up adverts, or try going into Rules&Announcements>avatars and see how many dollars
you can get for your euros

Should have gone to specsavers, Jack
If you navigate around MT you might just find the link

There isn't that many adverts, it's still better than Shrimps Voices anyway.

So now its "theres not that many adverts"
Previously "there isn't any adverts on there"

Was it a goal or not?

As for its better than shrimpsvoices, that attitude turns me right off
Get your nails trimmed mate, you'll have someones eye out in a minute

Fat chance, pal, I'm too old and thick skinned for that
As for getting members, I just don't think coming on here saying you're better than this
is going to help your cause
Initially you seemed to have the attitude that another forum would be more impartial, giving
another view. All sounds fair. Now it just sounds like its becoming "we're better than you bo##ox" Is it just me? Let's really open the debate then,
What do others think?

PMSL!
Before I got chance to post, the previous reply (scar) appeared
How deep will your hole be, when you've finished digging, Jack? ;)

Doesn't answer the original question posed at the beginning of this thread still does it though as raised by Morecambe Player.

I thought I'd answered that with my hacked comments. Check mtptl77's posts, all lifted from other forums. Either malicious or a robot whose intention is just to post links to other web sites. Comments elsewhere make me consider whether I should have explained Jack's own problem or just left them to get abuse.

I don't know who the robot/hacker is but he's not really doing anything wrong.
