Dave Penney, the former Darlington boss, has parted company with Oldham 4 points adrift of the relegation places in League One.

Can't see it myself. Shrews have had numerous applications and current front runners i think are Graham Turner (ex-Shrews manager many moons ago, Villa + Hereford) but this depends on him getting rid of his majority stake in Hereford first, Paul Sturrock (odds on favourite), Paul Ince, followed by a string of others.
