Line up and predictions for Aldershot game

Line up:

Roche
Moss Bentley Artell Parrish
Duffy Stanley Hunter Wilson
Mullin Curtis

I reckon 2-0 with Curtis and Hunter scoring. I reckon even if Jevons is fit we should rest him in case we get into the playoffs.

I would take a point for both teams, but 3 points would get us 2nd leg at home in playoffs, which would mean CP rocking for one more night game, also an away game at the weekend would mean a bigger away following for us.

As Artell is banned I will say

Roche
Parrish Haining Jim Moss
Hunter Drummond Stanley Wilson
Duffy Mullin

1-1, Aldershot grab early goal then stewie d raises the roof on the hour mark, game peters out with both teams settling for a point

For me to get to the away leg it would have to be at the weekend. :(

Unless I won the lottery and quit my job. :D

So 3 points on Saturday is an absolute must.

If we win on Saturday, it means we definitely have the away leg on a Saturday, and also means that the 2nd leg is at home which IMO is a huge advantage, so i hope we go all out for the win.

Emotional day ahead.

Grace :?:

Surely you mean "disgrace"

In the event of a second trip it would be on a coach.

What for???

Artell picked up his fifth yellow card of the season on saturday, which means a 1 match ban. Shame as he was coming into some form. I for one have been critical of him but i hold my hands up hes had a good season and scored 7 goals.

I did not think you could get banned with 5 yellow cards after February??? I thought it did not matter after then?

I think predicting the aldershot may prove more difficult than our own. With the shots already guarenteed a play-off spot will they field a weakened side to avoid picking up injuries to their first team players? I hope not as I wouln't want a poential play-off finish for us to he devalued and leave the door open to the suggestion that we finished anywhere other than the performances we have put in through the season deserved. It happened the season we finished runners-up to Yeovil in the conference.

I've got mixed views regarding the play off positions (beyond us being in them!)

In some ways, the perfect position may be for us to be at home on the weekend game first. That way, even if we were to lose in the play off first leg, we'd leave Christie Park still with a job to do, so not too despondent. If we are away first and then get knocked out, we'd end our last ever home game really upset (think how we felt after beating Dagenham & Redbridge in the play off game, only to still go out).

Actually, as long as we are in the mix, I don't really care!

Aldershot will be a hard match! ok they may well rest some key players but that will give a chance for the other players a chance to show there boss what they can do and fight for a place to stay in the team

so if we do make the play-offs and get a result this saturday i then couldn't care less who we play or when we play i just see it if we win the 3 play-off matches we will be playing L1 next season.

Not according to the FA's 'suspended' or 'awaiting suspension' lists.

7 -0 to aldershot.
Other teams losing so we scrape in the playoffs.
Ned having a field day that night, his last 1 as we don't lose again until 2011

Full house.

OK here goes
2-0 us
Full house.
either 1 will do.
